New resource: CBS implementation guide 1st edition

This World Toilet Day, we are delighted to launch the first edition of our Container-Based Sanitation implementation guide, which sets down in one place numerous learnings from several CBS-focused organizations with the aim of supporting replication of CBS models and the creation of new variations in new locations.
